Lumen is a small research-support organization. We publish handling notes and policy pages for people who already work in a laboratory. We do not provide medical care, coaching, or treatment plans.

Audience

Staff at universities, contract research organizations, and other laboratories who need written reference material.

Limits

We do not operate a retail counter, a clinic, or a compounding service. We do not advise individuals on personal protocols.

Records

Inquiries are answered by email. We keep only what is needed to reply and to meet basic security and record-keeping needs.
